Ponchito was lethargic and not eating. We thought he might have a higher temperature than normal so tried to keep him cool. When I took him to the veterinarian they find a large bleeding mass on his spleen and it appears he needs emergency surgery. W

Part of being present for any moment is practice performing the things that keep me grounded. To enjoy the weather with my family I right sized my thoughts and emotions, focused on mindfulnes, and kept an eye on personal values. #mentalhealth #vetera

So proud of my wife and how far she has come!

Put warm, dried towels on the couch and stepped away for a minute to grab something... when I come back I find someone comfortably snuggled into what must have been a lil slice of heaven.

Does it make any sense if I say he usually doesn't look this small?
